Backstory: I broke my nose in 2006 and had surgery to reset it. I was a college kid and too lazy to go to my post op appointment and just pulled out the gauze myself. I just watched a horrifying video of internal stents being pulled out post rhinoplasty and it got my thinking... Are internal stents used on all nose surgeries? Is there any possibility that Ive had some crazy stents stuffed up my nose for 15 years? I would know, right?!

A supratip break gives definition to the tip of the nose and the creation of one may create a slight lift to the tip, or at least the illusion thereof. Therefore, that would be counter to what you seek with a tip that drops, particularly with smiling.
You may want to consider Botox (or similar)...

It appears that there is still minimal residual bony bump. This can be fixed with revision surgery limited to the dorsal of your nose. Another option is to have filler injection around the bump to make it look straighter.
